The Stratos Pier® System is a concentrically loaded, unicentrically driven pier that has revolutionized the piering industry. Our patent pending technology makes the Stratos Pier® System the only truly adjustable pier on the market. The Stratos Pier® adjusts to meet the footing even if the footing is not level, without losing any contact surface or integrity of the pier. The load will always be carried precisely on the rim of the pier pipe for perfect distribution from the footing all the way to bedrock or stable strata.

The Stratos Pier® : Patent Pending Torsion
The Stratos Pier RPC380 models are built using our patent pending torsion joint. This joint makes the RPC380 the only truly adjustable pier on the market. Our unique concentrically loaded torsion joint allows the footing to be off of level plain while retaining 100% contact and integrity of the piers parts.
While other piers use shims and stationary contact points that can lose up to 98% of the contact surface between the piers parts when the footing is not perfectly level.
The Stratos Pier® : Height Adjustable Torsion Block
The Stratos Pier RPC380 Models are built using our patent pending height adjustable Torsion Block.
Our unique unicentrically placed, concentrically loaded Torsion Block can be adjusted vertically using our patent pending Slip Bushing. The Torsion Block is simply lifted into place and our patent pending Locking Nut holds it in place. Unlike other piers there is no need to rotate the block to adjust the height.

The RPC380 Has A stationary Lifting Platform that can handle any residential and light commercial applications. The Stationary Platform is 20 inches wide, and can handle up to 3 jacks at a time, which gives you the highest lifting capacity on the market. Only doing a single job or just a few lifts a year? The stationary platform can be left in the ground.
The RPC380R Has a Removable Lifting Platform that can handle any residential and light commercial applications. The Removable Platform is 20 inches wide and can handle up to 3 jacks at a time, which gives it the highest lifting capacity on the market. If you're doing multiple lifts a year it saves costs over the Stationary Platform because you can use them over and over.

Our authorized installers are trained directly through Stratos Pier® Installer Certification Program to insure that every contractor follows all of our installation protocols and specifications. We work closely with all of our installers to insure they have everything they need to get each and every job done right. We are happy to speak with our contractor's customers if any questions or concerns that arise during the evaluation or installation process.
Stratos Pier® Systems offers a limited lifetime warranty on the piering products that any authorized contractor installs. Should for any reason a contractor not be available after the installation of the Stratos Pier® System, we as the manufacturer will step in to insure the end user of our product is getting any warranties or guarantees that come with our products.
