Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
Impact Manufacturing nor does UPS ship to P.O. Boxes
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damaged UPS Packages
Impact Manufacturing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact UPS to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Shipping Contact Form
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED.
If your product was shipped to you by freight carrier or FedEx please inspect the product for visible damage before the carrier leaves. Please make any notations on the Bill of Lading (delivery receipt).
If you do receive a damaged shipment you may choose not to accept the delivery at that time and we will handle any claims directly with the carrier.
If the damaged item can be repaired, mark on the bill that items are damaged and we will send the parts you need to fix.
In the unfortunate occasion that your freight shows up with damage and you did not mark it on the bill, freight carriers consider you the owner of the product and will not allow us to put in a freight claim.
Lift Gate Service
If you request lift gate service additional charges up to $50.00 will apply depending on the freight carrier. If the customer does not request lift gate service, Impact Manufacturing is not responsible for the freight cost if the product cannot be removed from the truck. Please note that truck drivers are not responsible to help unload the product. If the customer cannot unload the product and it is brought back to the shipping depot, future attempts to deliver this product will result in additional costs which are the responsibility of the customer.
